Bachata Video Clip Creation Contest Rules for Elise (Bachata Version)

Hello everyone and welcome to this video clip creation contest for Elise (Bachata Version) by Elisé Solano.
To participate, please carefully read this article. It presents the contest and its context, the participation terms, the prize to be won, etc.

General Presentation of the Contest

This contest is organized by Elisé Solano on the occasion of her new single Elise (Bachata Version), a bachata remix of the famous piece Für Elise by Beethoven.

The objective is to design and share a bachata dance video clip on the track Elise.
Elisé Solano aims to highlight the talent of dancers who do not always get the visibility they deserve.

Participation Terms

You must complete all of the following actions to participate in the contest. Failure to comply with any of the following conditions will result in automatic disqualification.

• Follow @elisesolano.music on Instagram
• Like the contest Instagram post on the @elisesolano.music account
• Share the contest Instagram post in your story while mentioning @elisesolano.music
• Follow the sponsor on Instagram
• Create the video according to the expected format specified later in this article
• Publish the video as an Instagram Reel
  • Add in the Reel description: « I am participating in the Bachata contest by @elisesolano.music and the official sponsor. »
  • Tag @elisesolano.music as well as the sponsor on the Instagram Reel
• Share the video in your story
  • Mention @elisesolano.music as well as the sponsor in the story
• Send the video by email to elisesolano.contact@gmail.com
  • Use the subject: « Elise Bachata Contest – Participation »
  • Indicate in the email the name, email and Instagram account of all participants in the video (including dancers, videographers, editors, etc.)

Expected Video Format

Here are some guidelines to take into account for the creation of your video. If all conditions are not respected, a disqualification may occur.

• The video must be filmed in vertical format
• Most of the video must contain bachata dancing (free style: fusion, sensual, modern, Dominican, etc.)
• The video must include the full track Elise (Bachata Version)
• The video duration must not exceed 4 minutes
• The video must be legally publishable
  • No clearly recognizable faces except those of participants who have given their explicit consent
  • No private location without explicit authorization from the owner
  • No illegal content
• The video must be in MP4 format
• The video must be of good quality
• The video must not be made with AI

Where to Find the Music

The track Elise (Bachata Version) by Elisé Solano is available on most music platforms (Spotify, Deezer, YouTube Music, Apple Music, etc.). It is also available on YouTube.

For each participation, only the first Instagram Reel will be considered. Duplicate videos on the same Instagram account will not be taken into account.

Participation Conditions

You may participate alone or in a group and may submit only one video. All participants in the video must be adults. You must also have a bank account or PayPal to receive potential rewards.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest at any time in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.

The organizer cannot be held responsible in case of malfunction of platforms (Instagram, etc.), content removal, loss of visibility or any event beyond their control that may impact the performance of the videos.

Participation in the contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

Selection of the Winner

Only one video will be designated as the winner of the contest.

The winner will be determined primarily based on the number of likes on the Reel selected for participation, while reserving the right for the organizer to adjust the ranking in case of anomaly, fraud or behavior not in line with the spirit of the contest.

Rewards

• All participants, except in case of disqualification, will benefit from a promotion of their video on the Instagram account of Elisé Solano.
  • The promotion may take the form of story reposts or posts on the Instagram account of Elisé Solano, at the discretion of the organizer.
• The winning group will receive a total amount of €200, to be shared among the members of the group as they see fit.
  • The €200 financial reward will be granted only if the winning video reaches at least 50,000 views on the Instagram Reel used for participation, within 30 days following its publication.
  • Only organic views will be taken into account. Any attempt of fraud (purchase of views, bots, artificial manipulation) will result in immediate disqualification.
  • If this threshold is not reached, no financial reward will be granted. However, participants may still benefit from a promotion of their content on the social media of Elisé Solano. The promotion may take the form of story reposts or posts, at the discretion of the organizer.
  • The payment of the reward will be made within a maximum of 30 days after validation of the results, verification of compliance with all conditions and receipt of the information necessary for the transfer.
  • Only one member of the group will receive the €200 payment and will be responsible for distributing it among the other members of the group. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any disagreement related to the distribution.
  • The designated recipient will be, if specified in the participation email, that person. Otherwise, it will be the first member of the group to have sent the information necessary for the transfer.
  • The information required for the transfer must be sent by email to elisesolano.contact@gmail.com.
• The winning group’s video will be published as an Instagram Reel on the account of Elisé Solano. All members of the group will be mentioned.

Rights Related to the Submitted Video

By sending the video to Elisé Solano, all members of the group who created or participated in the video consent to it being used and shared on the social networks, websites and applications of Elisé Solano and the sponsor.

They also accept that their video may be subject to additional edits and modifications.

These rights apply for a duration of 2 years. After this period, past publications of the video may be kept on the social networks, websites and applications of Elisé Solano and the sponsor.

Personal Data Protection

The information collected as part of the contest is used solely for its management and will not be shared with third parties.
